“Hotel” refers to our establishments
the Panjim Inn,Panjim Pousada and ,Panjim Peoples
.The terms and conditions mentioned below are
relevant to these 3 establishments. |

Checkin Time is from 11.00 Am
onwards while checkout Time is 9 am.Due to the
arrival of flights/buses very early in the morning
we have kept checkout at 9 Am.We apologize for
any inconvenience caused.Early checkin is permitted
subject to the discretion of the management. |

All double rooms can accommodate
a maximum of two persons.Some rooms can accommodate
3 persons. In case of triple sharing, a divan
cum-cot is used as third bed. |
| 4. |
Meals served at the hotel will
be as per the hotels menu.Outside food/beverages/alchohol
is strictly not permitted to be consumed on the
premises. |
| 5. |
The guests need to pay for early
checkin/late check out @half day charge in case
of upto four hours delay and full day charge in
case of upto eight hours delay directly to the
hotel. |
| 6. |
The Hotel shall not be liable to
any loss or damage to the persons and property
of the guests arising out of force majeure, out
of his own negligence or out of the negligence
of any independent contractors and their employees. |

In any case, no liability on the
part of the hotel arising in any way in respect
of any hotel booking shall exceed the total amount
paid for accommodation at the hotel , and shall
in no case include any consequential loss or additional
expense whatsoever. |

Hotel Guests are free to use our
left luggage facilities for the day of checkout
at their own risk.However the hotel will not be
responsible for any breakages/damages/ misappropriation. |

The rates mentioned are valid only
for the mentioned period. The rates are subject
to change without any notice. |
| 10. |
All the bookings are non-transferable
without permission of the Hotel in case you change/cancel
your travel plans due to any reason. |
| 11. |
.In order to enable housekeeping
to clean the room, Kindly deposit your keys at
reception when leaving the premises. |
| 12. |
Light washing restricted to undergarments
may be carried out in the bathroom attached to
the room.Under no circumstances is washing to
be strung out in the balconies or on the furniture
or any other place so as to upset aesthetics.

Guests are requested to turn off
the lights and airconditioner in their rooms when
unoccupied. |

All disputes shall be subject to
jurisdiction of courts at Goa |
