weekly, monthly or annual basis for rent/lease.
LOCATION:
Altinho, an exclusive residential locality of
Panjim is 1 km away from the centre of Panjim
town,4 kms from the Miramar Beach and 3 kms from
the Marriots.Home to the Chief Minister, the Bishop
and other key bureaucrats and Industrialists,
it is one of the safest, quietest and most pleasant
areas of Goa to live in. Being centrally located,
it makes an ideal base to explore the rest of
Goa while living away from the hustle and bustle
of touristy beach areas.
FACILITIES:
Each Apartment has 2 fully furnished air-conditioned
bedrooms with balcony space, 2 bathrooms, a Drawing/
Dining room with cable television & a kitchen
complete with refrigerator, hot plate, cooking
utensils, crockery & cutlery.
SERVICES:
Cleaning/Washing/Linen/Transport and other services
can be worked out as per requirement.
A night watchman is available on the premises.
TARIFFS:
Are on weekly, monthly or annual basis.
CHARGES:
All electricity and water charges are to be paid
by guests as per usage.
Taxes extra as applicable.

Terms
and conditions:
A) The above rates are
for a maximum of 2 people sharing the
flat.
B) Extra person charges are Rs 450 per
day,2500 per week and Rs. 8000 per month
C) In case of short stays no amount will
be refunded.
D) For weekly/monthly one week/one month
deposit will be held.
E) Taxes applicable on daily rates
1)
From 0-Rs. 1000 = 3% tax
2)
From Rs. 1001 - Rs. 2500/- = 5% tax
3)
From Rs. 2501- Rs. 5000/-= 8% tax
4)
Above Rs. 5001 = 10% tax
